Constance Lemuria Resort

The concept The Lémuria Resort, a 5-star deluxe resort with an 18-hole championship golf course opened on 1st December 1999.

The hotel was designed to meet the increasing demand from international travelers for a five star destination in the Seychelles. The modern approach to design and quality of the buildings compliment the expectations of guests who enjoy the highest standards of luxury and comfort in harmony with the preserved natural beauty of the environment.

Just 5 minutes from Praslin airport, The Lémuria Resort of Praslin enjoys an idyllic location on the northwest coast of the island.

Surrounded by luxuriant and rare vegetation, washed by the warm waters of the Indian Ocean, the hotel lies sheltered from the prevailing winds. The sea with its many hues of turquoise, the fresh green landscapes and the three secluded white sand beaches create a natural infusion and a truly exceptional site.

The main building lies crafted into the hillside, amidst dense vegetation overlooking the beaches of Kerlan and Anse Georgette. The calm simplicity of the hotel welcomes you into a sense of tranquility and majesty.

The unique and striking use of natural materials, of wood and stone, are emphasised by light and water from every direction. The swimming pool has three levels, flowing from the hotel to the sea. The entire property is designed in complete empathy with its natural surroundings to provide an ambiance of total tranquillity and refined elegance.

Oriented towards the Indian Ocean within 101 hectares of land. The suites lie scattered along two pristine beaches, to both the southwest and northwest. Each suite is positioned just 15 meters from the shore, discreetly nestled among the natural Seychellois gardens.

Junior Suites 52 m2 surface area

The 88 palm-thatched Junior Suites constructed in wood, marble, limestone and pink granite are adjacent to the golf course. The emphasis is on privacy, intimacy and harmony with the natural surroundings. Each suite is designed in a minimalist way-yet luxurious style with ceiling fans and air conditionning, large bathrooms, a terrace with private dining space and sun lounge chairs and beds shaded by overhanging palm trees on the beach.

8 Senior Suites 115 m2 surface area

The 8 Senior Suites are exceptionally spacious. The suites were designed to blend with the outstanding natural beauty of their surroundings. Each lavishly appointed room has all the facilities as described for junior suites but in addition have a separate lounge and a double size terrace.

Private Pool Villas 725 m2 each

These two bedroom villas at the southern tip of Anse Kerlan offer the ultimate beachside accommodation in the Indian Ocean. Spaciously designed to reflect the overall concept, the bedrooms lead directly into the gardens and beach just metres away.

A master living space provides an area for dining, entertainment and relaxation while outside, a dining area sunken into the vast swimming pool is part of the many water features of each villa.Villa Masters take care of every requirement throughout the guests’ stay, delivering an experience beyond expectation. The Villas by Lémuria Resort feature all the facilities of the junior and senior suites in each bedroom, plus Playstations, outdoor showers and bath, and a relaxation and massage pavilion. Presidential Villa

Majestically perched into the granite boulders on the southern tip of Anse Kerlan, is the Presidential Villa. A private hotel, within a hotel designed and crafted to deliver a completely unique experience not found anywhere else in the Seychelles if not the world.A master suite including its own terrace bathroom and two further suites accommodate 3 multi-level pools which surround the buildings with steps leading to a private beach separated from the rest of the resort by a river. Endless features to royal standards are included within the villa and a private staff, chef and security remove the need to be anywhere else in the world.

Land & Water Sports Facilities The hotel has a wide range of water and land sports facilities. At the boathouse, non-motorized sports are offered in order to preserve the natural environment.

The Children's Club The Turtle Club has a game room and dining area and welcomes children between 4 and 12 years of age from 9 am – 9 pm. Library & Music A selection of books, magazines, CD’s and DVD’s are available for guests.

Shopping Facilities A boutique “Lémuria Private Collection” offering a range of products designed specifically for The Lémuria Resort. The shop is situated next to the reception and is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

The golf boutique with a variety of golf products also designed especially for Lémuria Resort is opened daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

The Legend Located in the main building, the Legend restaurant offers in a refined and relaxed atmosphere daily breakfast buffet as well as dinner buffets and themed evenings. For lunch, there are light dishes, sandwiches, burgers and pastas.

The Seahorse The SeaHorse restaurant offers for dinner a new french fine dining menu in a refined atmosphere overlooking the golf course. A superb view of the 11th green fringed by a sketch of water reflecting the surroundings unfolds in front of the restaurant.

The Beach Bar & Grill With breathtaking view of the two beaches Petite and Grande Anse Kerlan, The Beach Bar and Grill is the hotel’s seafood restaurant with a creole touch. An à la carte selection offers the catch of the day, seafood specialities as well as an extensive dinner menu.

The Legend Bar Located alongside the lobby and overlooking the gardens and the Indian Ocean, the Legend Bar offers a choice of morning coffee, afternoon tea, cocktails, aperitifs and digestive as well as a selection of cigars.

The SeaHorse Bar Located in the SeaHorse restaurant, this bar offers a range of drinks and refreshments for dinners and golfers whilst playing the 11th hole.

The Pool Bar Sunken into the swimming pool, this bar offers a choice of light lunches, cocktails and refreshments in a casual and relaxed environment.

The Beach Bar Set on top of the small Peninsula, the Beach Bar overlooks both the Grande Anse and Petite Anse Kerlan beaches and offers a variety of exotic juices and cocktails.
