The Stoep, a Romantic, intimate Restaurant offering an innovative a la Carte Menu,
has recently launched a new menu. Introduced specifically for guests who do not want to dine in
the Copperfield Grill every night, The Stoep is perfect for Celebrations and
Romantic liaisons. In winter, a roaring log fire is a focal point. A special Gourmet Weekend is
planned for later in the year. Interactive, educational and entertaining, the weekend will
consist of hands-on cooking classes led by a well-known local chef.
