Home of the annual Nedbank Golf Challenge, The Gary Player Golf Course is a challenge to every keen golfer. Situated between the Cascades and the Sun City Hotel, the Club includes a Pro Shop, Putting Green and a Health Spa with Massage and Gym facilities.

Improve your golfing skills and knowledge at the Golf Academy, which offers private instruction, clinics and group instruction.

Jogging Trails: Maps are available from the Concierge Desk for the 3km and 5km Jogging trails around both the Lost City and the Gary Player Golf Course. The trails are all very scenic and well marked according to distance and direction

Health Spa: The Health Spa is located at the Gary Player Country Club. This ultra luxurious Health Spa is in the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a wide range of treatment. There is also a Gymnasium, a Spa Pool, locker facilities and changing Rooms including a Steam Room.

Tennis Courts: Situated below the Cascades are eleven Tennis Courts, five of which are floodlit. Coaching is available from the resident Tennis Professional. There is a Tennis Pro Shop and refreshments are available at the Tennis Clubhouse. Open Daily: 07:00- 18:00 Aviary: Located next to the Tennis Courts, the aviary consists of more than 300 recorded bird species found throughout the resort gardens. Open Daily: 07:00 – 16:30

The Peninsula: The Peninsula Restaurant beautifully situated overlooking the lake and tropical gardens surrounding the Cascades Hotel serves an extensive English and Continental breakfast buffet daily. In the evening the ambience is both sophisticated and intimate offering an international A la Carte and Buffet menu with a number of local specialities. Group bookings can also be accommodated from a selection of mouth watering Lunch and Dinner set menus. Dress is Smart Elegant and reservations are recommended.
