History

Renowned for its rich history, its royal pedigree and its romantic incurability, Zanzibar is one of Africa's last great exotic coastal destinations. The Sultan Palace Hotel is situated on the south-east coast of Zanzibar Island, where you can find the most exquisite unspoilt sandy beaches, 60 km from the Airport.

Sultan Palace  offers 15 Suites in total, 5 Imperial Suites, 4 Ocean Suites and 6 Garden Suites.

The main Club House with its splendid wooden Terraces facing the Ocean, welcomes the guests into a bright parqueted Lounge. The Arabic Terrace is a place to relax and enjoy the aromatic spiced Coffee or Tea, whilst gentle winds blow from the Ocean.

Meals are served on the local beach at Banda's during lunch and candlelit romantic dinners on the Terraces of the Club House offering scrumptious fresh seafood and local varieties.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of any cancellation or reduction in numbers made:
1. Between 30 - 14 days from date of arrival, 50% of the total stay cost will be charged.
2. Between 13 - 8 days from date of arrival, 60% of the total stay cost will be charged.
3. Between 7 - 0 days from date of arrival, 100% of the total stay cost will be charged.
