dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.
Ming Yang Tantalize your taste buds with the authentic Sichuan cuisine,
the split-level layout of Ming Yang allows diners to enjoy a view of the Arabian
Sea and the Portuguese Fort, as well as offers secluded bays for semi-private
dining. Open for lunch from 12.30 p.m. to 3 p.m. and for dinner from 7.30 p.m.
to midnight.
Vista An all day contemporary cafe, offering the perfect ambience for a
quick breakfast, business lunch and an intimate evening meal. Serving Oriental,
Western and Indian cuisine, the highlight of Vista is the island kitchen and
sweeping ocean views. Special care has been taken to cater to the vegetarian and
health conscious guests. A variety of cocktails, an exhaustive wine list and
flavoured freshly brewed choice of coffee and tea complete the beverage
repertoire.
Atrium Lounge This spacious and
relaxing meeting lounge is open through the day for light breakfast and snacks,
pastries, special coffees, cocktails and nightcaps. Live instrumental music from
4 p.m. to midnight sets the mood, while guests relax and soak in the ambience.
Churchill’s Cognac, cigars and
champagne are Churchill’s speciality. The Bar has an adjoining Cigar Room
offering a variety of cigars for the connoisseur. Open from 6 p.m to midnight
with live entertainment from 8 p.m. onwards.
