Two bedroom residence (1500 sq.ft.): A well laid out residence, with a
powder room, and utility area that accommodates a washing machine, dryer, iron,
and ironing board. There is a spacious, open yet private kitchen, a dining,
drawing area along with a balcony sit-outs. The bedrooms offer parquet flooring
as well as wall to wall carpeting. The bathrooms are large and offer a bathtub
as well as a shower cubical.
Three bedroom residence (1900 sq.ft.): A well designed layout with a
utility area, an open, well equipped kitchen, which gives guests the opportunity
to converse with the members of the family while cooking or even chatting with
the guests while serving the drinks. The bedrooms are laid out in for privacy.
Ample storage space is provided along with the kid’s room with a twin bed. The
