The romantic, 3-bedroom Villa
Nawang Wulan blends contemporary tropical architecture with
thatched roofs and antique furnishings.
It takes its name from a classic Javanese folk tale,
the story of which is depicted in one of the paintings that graces its
walls.
Guests will enter the villa through an impressive pair of
towering teakwood doors.
- The central focus is the open-sided living pavilion, which
is bordered by a 12 x 3.75-metre swimming pool fed
by a waterfall, it is complemented by a stone terrace furnished with
sun beds, and completed by a raised wooden deck at one end.
- The property is comprised of three buildings,
bounded by a series of beautiful garden areas,
well-stocked with flowering trees and shrubs.
- Cows graze in the neighbouring fields, and a tree lined
valley with a small stream runs along one side.
- There is a secure car parking area at
the main entrance.
