Bali Luna: Conveniently located on the first level overlooking the Lagoon style Pool.
Serves International Food with an accent on Italian Cuisine. Theme nights are organized on a
regular basis with events such as Seafood and Steak Nights. Décor is informal, not enclosed
allowing in the balmy sea breeze. Open for Lunch and Dinner in addition, available for Private
Breakfast. Able to accommodate 80 people in comfort, additional numbers can also be set. Open
daily from 11:00 to 23:00.
Aroma Indonesia: Aroma can be found on the second level of the Hotel next to the
Casablanca Night Club. An extensive menu of traditional Indonesian food is available; including
package dinners. The Restaurant is decorated in traditional Indonesian style with a large
collection of original paintings from Balinese artists as well as Javanese Lesehan seats. Aroma
is open nightly from 18:30 and can accommodate 60 people.
Banquets: Special events are regularly held in the Hotel featuring a large selection
of Balinese Cultural Shows as well as Fashion Shows. Food themed nights are many and are
regularly changed from International, Balinese, European, Asian and many more to list, please
look at the menu selection. These special events are held in the garden area under the stars,
weather permitting, or in other locations if weather is not favourable.
Casablanca Night Club: Classy furniture adorns Casablanca Club with draped windows
covering more than half the Club. Polished wood panel floor with above colored lights and
strobe light. Fully equipped Bar with skilled and professional friendly staff. Stylish Separate

Car parking available nearby just across the road from the Casablanca, very spacious able to
accommodate many cars.
Pool Bar: Located by the Lagoon Pool only metres away from the white sandy beach. At
Aloha the skilled bar staff will prepare your favourite cocktails or refreshing drink served to
you on the beach, by the pool or at our swim to sunken bar. Open from 8:30 till sunset.
Samudera Lounge: Samudera Lounge is adjacent to the Lobby area. Serves a wide variety
of drinks and cocktails as well as a Snack menu is available. Open daily from 9:00 till late at
night with live entertainment 6 nights per week. Décor is fine with lounge and armchair seating
arrangements. Samudera is available for private hire for special sit down dinner parties of up
to 300 people.
Memorable: Chef Table: Dine with the Executive Chef and get to experience true
Balinese cuisine. The menu prepared is used only for special occasions and the Chef will
explain the food he has prepared and, of course, guests can ask as many questions as they
wish.
