Room Cleaning
Every occupied room is prepared twice daily in order to meet hygienic demands. Should the customer require more cleaning, it could be arranged through the rooms division. The linen and towels in the room are changed once in every three days unless otherwise it is required to do so. It is not allowed to remove any items from the room, especially linen, mattress and cushions, as to prevent damages. It is strictly prohibited to remove any linen, cushions and furniture from rooms for any reason. If you are found doing so, you will be fined.
The hotel provides Laundry service to its customers on chargeable basis. Marked laundry bags are placed inside the room, so that the customer could use them should there is any clothes to be washed or ironed. Please remember to fill the laundry form and send it to the laundry along with clothes every time you require the service.
Front Desk
Opens for 24 hours. Wakes up calls are registered on request. If you have any questions or concerns for more information regarding the hotel and its facilities, please feel free to contact the front desk. Letters plus post cards may be posted in the lobby mailbox. Photocopying, typing and other secretarial services can be arranged through the reception.
Doctors Clinic
You may visit the Doctor in the opening hours for consultation, should you need to see the Doctor urgently, please contact the reception by dialing Extension 1 from your room.
Gymnasium
This is the perfect place to keep fit with a magnificent array of equipment for exercises and work outs, including
Sauna and Steam Bath which will help your tense muscles after a long day, and it is free of charge.The experienced physical fitness master will be in the Gymnasium during the opening hours.
Live music/Weekly Entertainment
A live band, a DJ, Maldivian cultural show, (Boduberu) and Table are some of the entertainment available in the main bar for our guests.
