Breakfast a "market" style display of fruits and vegetables are available as centerpiece of the buffet, and guests can choose any of them to be prepared on the spot as a platter or as a fresh juice. The chef at breakfast will skillfully cut the fruits till ready to eat in front of your own eyes to ensure the most freshest possible condition. Pastries, breads and preservatives are also on the buffet as well as a wide selection of cheese and cold cuts, plain home made yogurt or with fresh fruits, cereals and bircher muesli.
An attractive a la carte menu with the hot items is inclusive within the buffet and you may find specials such as poached eggs with truffle oil, fresh made waffles or just simple some fresh and crisp bacon. As we believe that those items require only fresh and a la minute preparations, we will not put them in hot dishes on the buffet. Of course, should you feel in eating just simply fried eggs we are happy to serve them plain and simple.
A selection from our "ever soneva so healthy" menu is also available for an alternative breakfast such as well, and of course a wide selection of tea.
Dinner: The Main Restaurant a la carte dinner comprises of a different menu each night. The daily dinner menu can be previewed after 11:00 at the guest relations champa or at the main bar. The dinner menu offers a selection of appetizers, salads, a soup, seafood main courses, meat and poultry main courses, vegetarian dishes, chef's signature dishes, Spa cuisine and a dessert menu.

Although logistics of this isolated island might cause a delay in supply, we are in most cases able to provide our guests with their favorite dish or ingredients throughout their stay. The a la carte selection at our main restaurant is based on pure, honest and dimple cuisine. We use basic ingredients and try not to cover up the flavor of fresh items by over seasoning it.
The chef is ready to take your order at any time in the event you would like to eat something that is not on the menu. When we have the ingredients available, we will do our outmost best to cook your favorite dish and serve it at any time you might wish, be it in the restaurant or your villa.
Me Dhuniye Restaurant (sun-set restaurant):
Dinner: 19:30 - 22:30 (reservations recommended) (closed on Tuesday)
Dinner: "Me dhuniye restaurant" opens daily for dinner with the exception of Tuesdays. Me dhuniye is our speciality asian fusion restaurant where we combine the east and west together on one plate. Be it asian ingredients cooked in a western style or western ingredients cooked in an asian style. With influences from around the globe mixed with a french twist we came up with our own selection of speciality dishes.
The a la carte menu changes frequently and we use only seasonal products in their best possible condition. Me dhuniye is the place to have a sunset cocktail and then to enjoy a very fresh and up-market asian fusion style dinner. It is recommended to make a table reservation as seats are limited. Guests who enjoy a table on the beach, will always have a spare table in the restaurant ready for their convenience if the weather conditions should change.
Me Dhuniye Bar: Me dhuniye bar is our sunset bar. Open from 17:30 until the last guest leaves. They have sunset cocktails daily (including Tuesdays) from 18:00 until 19:30 available with some snacks. The sun will set bet between 18:30 and 19:30 every day. The natural setting of the bar with its tables right on the beach ensures a great view and fresh sea breeze while sipping on a cocktail prepared just for you.
Main Bar: The bar opens at 09:30 each morning and remains open until the last guest leaves at night. During the course of the day we offer a range of menus in the bar to tempt and delight you.

Mihiree Mitha Lunch: Through experience we have developed an idea of a light lunch, which is served by the beach in front of the main bar. This makes full use of the sea breeze and magnificent sea view. The style is guest interactive to enhance the relaxed nature of this meal experience, giving guests the opportunity to set their own pace and try a little of everything. The concept is an international experience with a wok-station, steam pot and a variety of sashimi, sushi, salads, pasta, tandoori and barbeque items cooked to order. Our Wide range of organic vegetables are displayed as well and can be prepared any style, be it as a salad or as a work-fry dish. Mihiree mitha lunch is served from 12:30 - 14:30 daily. Please note that should the weather be inclement, lunch will be served in the main restaurant.
Wine Cellar: Soneva Fushi boasts a high quality climate controlled Wine Cellar with a selection of the best - not commercially available - wines from around the world. Guests may either order at the cellar or from wine list and have the wine of their choice delivered to a Restaurant or their Villa in time to enjoy it with their meal.
