China Mood: Offering genuine Chinese cuisine, giving a true taste of delicacies from the Cantonese, Szechwan and Shanghainese provinces. The contemporary Chinese design of this restaurant creates a cosy atmosphere, with a care for details, such as birdcages, ideogram-decorated panels, pagoda tents for private dining and sculptures. The restaurant design offers flexibility, as well as being available to book for private parties in the stunning 16-seater separate room.

Beach Pavilion Restaurant / Bar: Beach restaurant, serving light meals and snacks at lunchtime with a variety of seafood specialties in the evening. Open for lunch from 12.00 until 17.30, snacks and refreshments from 10.00 until 18.00. Candlelight dinner from 19.30 until 23.00, from October to May.

Seblat Al Bustan:  Seasonal dining venue with traditional Omani cuisine, in a tented Bedouin village set-up. Live Omani music, dance, henna and handicrafts. Open Wednesdays from 19.30 until 23.00, from October to May. Located in the date plantation in the hotel grounds. The shuttle bus is arranged from the hotel entrance.

Al Maha Piano Bar: Light snacks, the finest cocktails and liqueurs served. Open daily, Saturday to Thursday from 12.00 until 15.00 and 18.00 until 02.00, Fridays 18.00 until 02.00. 4th floor (lobby). Live music.
