A deposit of minimum one night's stay, up to 50% of the total stay will be required to confirm your booking depending on the season.

Full payment must be made at least 7days before arrival in Low season, 14 days before arrival in High Season and 30 days before arrival in Peak Season.

An administrative charge (handling and bank transaction fees) will be charged for cancellation of any confirmed booking regardless of how many days prior to arrival the cancellation is made.

Peak Season: less than 30 days before arrival your deposit is non-refundable.

High Season: less than 14 days before arrival deposit is non-refundable.

Low Season: less than 7 days before arrival deposit is non-refundable.
