Swiss Chalet: Open for dinner daily during the winter months, closed on Tuesdays, the Swiss Chalet is located in a typical 100-year-old chalet brought from Switzerland in pieces and rebuilt in the Hotel. The Restaurant serves typical Swiss dishes like fondue and raclette. It has a capacity for 80 persons. The Taslik is open for dinner daily, features live Turkish music with the finest example of Turkish cuisine. Ku Kong: Open daily except Wednesdays for dinner, the Ku Kong serves excellent samples of Chinese cuisine and it has a capacity for 60 persons.

Oasis: During the summer months enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Poolside Restaurant serving snacks and barbecued food. The Oasis is open daily from 11:00 to 18:00 and it has a capacity for 160 persons.

Jacuzzi Health Restaurant: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and located inside the Bosphorus Spa & Wellness Centre, the Restaurant serves sumptuous salads, balanced foods and vegetarian dishes. It has a capacity for 20 persons.

Room Service: Room Service provides a menu which includes samples from the various Restaurants in the Hotel and is available 24 hours a day.

Lobby Lounge: Enjoy the traditional five o'clock tea service with live classical music and full view of the Bosphorus. The Lounge serves tea, coffee, international drinks, pastries, soufflés and sandwiches and has a capacity for 125 persons.
