All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee or bank deposit.

For stays between 15/04/11 - 15/06/11 or 16/09/11 - 15/10/11 cancellations made at least 3 days or more before arrival date do not have a penalty.  Cancellations 2 days or less before arrival date or no-shows will be charged 100% of the stay.

Any reservation confirmed for dates between 16/06/11 and 15/09/11 will be considered NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged at 100% of stay if cancelled 90 days or less before arrival date.
