The St. Regis Athletic Club comprises a large state-of-the-art gym, a juice bar and 25-metre indoor lap pool for the health conscious guest. The outdoors includes two tennis courts, two squash courts and four outdoor swimming pools including an adult pool with private seating bays and jacuzzis, an exclusive pool for adults and children's pool with a cave and water slide.

Children's Club
Sandcastle Club, an exclusive children's club thoughtfully crafted with indoor and outdoor activities, caters for age groups 1 and 10 years. The outdoor facility includes a wet/dry play area as well as a climbing wall. Sandcastle Club is available to all in-house guests.
Business Center
The Office, the resort's business centre, caters to guests' various business needs. Located on the Lobby level, full secretarial services are available, including typing, facsimile, computers, photocopying, internet access, overnight courier and postal services.
