Bridges (lounge & bar): Located off the lobby, Bridges (named for the walkway across Sheikh Zayed Road) offers a welcoming environment in which to socialise with friends or meet business colleagues and enjoy a selection of fine teas or speciality coffees at any time of day, complemented by a tempting selection of homemade pastries artfully prepared in our very own pastry shop. Afternoon Tea features the delicious Empress Blend – not to be missed! The bar features a thoughtful selection of fine spirits, speciality cocktails, imported beers and hand-selected wines by the glass or bottle, as well as champagnes, for a relaxing evening made even more so courtesy of our resident pianist. Cascades (all-day-dining): A truly cosmopolitan venue, Cascades is located on the ground floor of the hotel under the soaring atrium. The 24-hour restaurant offers a light, fresh innovative approach showcasing the diverse flavours of the region and beyond. Here the culinary team incorporate native ingredients with local market fresh produce to serve a mouth-watering variety of contemporary international delights whether it’s a buffet breakfast or lunch, or à la carte dining throughout the night. 24-hour cosmopolitan dining that’s always fresh and innovative. Cascades is open 24 hours. Breakfast served Saturday – Thursday from 06:00 - 12:00 hrs (à la carte) and 07:00 - 11:30 hrs (buffet), Friday from 07:00 - 13:30 hrs. Sol Juice Bar: Located poolside off our spa, Sol Juice Bar serves high-energy fruit juices all squeezed in-house daily. Sol Juice Bar is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 hrs.
NEW FOR 2006: Café Sushi (Japanese sushi bar): Adjacent to the Pronto café deli, Café Sushi will be an über-modern steel and chrome experience, perfect for a quick lunch or healthy dinner fix. Reflecting the high-tech stylish positioning of The Fairmont Dubai, the restaurant will have a sushi conveyor belt as its focal point, with additional high stool seating facing out into the hotel’s rear lobby. A clean and simple menu of nigiri, sashimi and gunkan will be complemented by our Fairmont selection of loose leaf teas and infusions, or a carafe of Sake.
