Sanabel Restaurant
Take off on a gastronomic journey at Sanabel, guided by head chef Waleed Al Sadik, in an atmosphere inspired by the magical Arabian bazaar where dark woods and earth-toned marble combine in clean, modern lines. Sanabel translates as wheat in Arabic and the restaurant design concept incorporates sacks of wheat and in small pots at the centre of each table.
Depending on your preference, you can choose to dine inside or al fresco on the terrace, where delightful wicker furniture adds to the sense of relaxed, rural charm. The elegant private dining room seats ten and is perfect for intimate celebrations or business dinners. Cuisine at Sanabel is Mediterranean-style but international, including sushi, with a strong flavour of healthy indulgence. Fish and seafood are a speciality, including salmon, sea bass, sea bream and giant king prawns. Generous sharing menus are perfect for groups of four.
Enjoy all-day dining with an eclectic mix of flavours prepared at the live station and served buffet style, including fresh fish, a rich variety of salads, homemade bread and delicious juices. Every buffet features the Sheraton Color your Plate concept, which presents you with a variety of healthy and delicious food options. Friday Brunch is a popular time for families and friends to meet and catch up. Sanabel also features a dedicated chocolate room, which has to be seen to be believed.

Relax in this spacious, airy 5th floor urban lounge characterized by a fresh approach to the classic bar, including an intriguing presentation of the wines on offer. Elegant floor lamps with a floral design add a deluxe touch, echoed in the style of the gorgeously comfortable chairs.
Vantage is the perfect place to rendezvous and enjoy signature cocktails like the Level 5 and Watermelon Blast or the Vantage Sunset mocktail and delicious tapas with friends.
For guests who look at the great wine list and don’t know where to start, Vantage’s innovative Enomatic wine machine is an elegant solution.
