It is the only resort in this part of the world to boast of a natural hot springs within the premises. Khatt Hot Springs is historically known for the spring water at 40 degrees temperature around the year with rich curative values for Dermatoses & Rheumatic ailments.

The SPA apart from the Natural Hot Springs offers Seaweed treatment, Serail bath, Rasul Room & Cleopatra Bath. The other Leisure facilities offered by the hotel include an outdoor pool, two indoor hydropools, aqua & dry treatment rooms, Ice Grotto, Sauna, Steam & well equipped Gym. An Ayurvedic Wellness Centre & a large showroom to display wellness products are part of the renovation of Hot Springs site underway.
