• The Raphael Hotel has six entirely different and complementary Salons that it uses year-round to host Confidential Meetings, Conferences, Seminars and prestigious events. The four Salons on the ground floor ranging in size from 22 to 35 m² can accommodate a maximum of 30 persons - in cocktail configuration. The sixth floor has two Meeting Rooms (60 m² and 85 m²) and a number of commodities: Cloakrooms, Bar, Catering. The elegance of the decor-woodwork, parquets, ceiling lights, Fireplace does not preclude high-tech events.
• Cocktails: The Raphael Hotel is the perfect place to organise a cocktail for 20 to 100 people. Vary your guests pleasure by mixing classics such as crepes with dill-marinated salmon, Parme ham and Melon ball, Pain surprise, Fruit tarts, etc. with a number of more exotic specialties: Skewer of gambas and pineapple, tart of red mullet a la Provencale, hot and cold Madras curried chicken.
• Banquets/Business Luncheons: The Hotel offers two different formulas to choose from: A meal served at your table (up to 60 people, or up to 100 people in the two adjacent Rooms on the 6th floor) or a buffet. You may choose from among twelve menus and four buffets and add a few of house specialties: Duck in aspic, suckling pig, York ham with pineapple. No matter what your choice, all banquets have one thing in common: They are a gourmets' delight.
