Being in the center of Congress Valley, Grand Hyatt Istanbul also offers business services for its guests. Highly adaptable meeting and conference rooms, tech-smart amenities make this the ideal setting to conduct business. Grand Hyatt Istanbul has a total of 1507 square meters of function space with 13 meeting rooms, including a ballroom, large pre-function space, 5 boardrooms, flexible and divisible meeting rooms. All meeting rooms (except Tyana II and Bizans) have “Easy Meet Unit”, a high-tech wall with general meeting equipment such as a screen, overhead projectors, slide screen, whiteboard, slide projector, barcovision, sound system, wireless microphone, DVD and VCR player, television, fax, air conditioning and lighting system. All can be controlled from a single remote control. In addition to these facilities, hotel also has a separate showroom, Meeting Concierge and Business Centre.

Regency Ballroom The Regency Ballroom is a grand venue that can cater perfectly for conferences and conventions for up to 500 people. At 395m² , the Regency Ballroom seats up to 340 for dinner and 500 for conferences. It is divisible into two soundproof sections each with individual access. Fully integrated audio-visual equipment is installed. A large foyer adjacent to the Regency Ballroom provides additional pre-function and exhibition space.
Ephesus / Bizans A 120m² function room with daylight, divisible into two sections each measuring 60m² . Connects via two doors to the pre-function area. Both parts of the meeting room have a cloakroom, built-in white board, projection screen, a television antenna outlet, telephone outlets and light dimmers.
Troy A 110m² function room with daylight. The Troy Room has its own pre-function area with a separate entrance. The ceiling height is 4.1 meters, slightly higher than other function rooms, and the room is decorated with elegant chandeliers. The room has a cloakroom, built-in whiteboard, projection screen, a television antenna outlet, telephone outlets and light dimmers.
Smyrna At 64 m² , this function room has a square shape that is ideal for meetings up to 25 participants. The Smyrna room is located next to the Regency Ballroom. The room has a cloakroom, built-in whiteboard, projection screen, a television antenna outlet, telephone outlets and light dimmers.
Assos Boardroom A 46m² boardroom with a cloakroom, built-in projection screens, a television antenna outlet, telephones outlets and light dimmers. The elegant Assos boardroom has its own board table and chairs for small but important meetings up to 12 people. All meeting rooms are located off a foyer with direct access from the hotel Lobby entrance.
Business Centre Boardroom A 32m² boardroom up to 12 people. The room has Easy Meet Unit; a high-tech wall with general meeting equipments.
Regency Club Boardrooms 1-2 Located in the 8th floor, the two boardrooms are ideal for private meetings up to 15 people.
Tyana Meeting Rooms Two adjoining meeting rooms and a boardroom with a private pre-function area and a seperate kitchen. The rooms are located apart from other meeting rooms and ideal for private gatherings.
Tyana 1 A 150m² meeting room.The room has a cloakroom, built-in whiteboard, projection screen, a television antenna outlet, telephone outlets and light dimmers.
Tyana 2 A 120m² meeting room. Tyana 2 has a cloakroom, built-in whiteboard, projection screen, a television antenna outlet, telephone outlets and light dimmers.
Tyana Boardroom A 49 m² boardroom. The elegant Tyana Boardroom has its own boardroom table and chairs for executive meetings up to 12 people.
