Meeting & Banquet Facilities

• Hermitage Grand Ballroom – 372.1 m2. Auditorium set-up allows comfortable sitting of 300 people. Multimedia presenters are built-in.
• Meeting Room I – Lisimah – covers an area of 116.5 square meters and seats 105 persons.
• Lisimah is connected with the Hermitage Grand Ballroom. The versatility of this combination is of advantage to many functions with surprises or ideal for meeting and conference break-outs
• Meeting Room II – Satok – 156.8 m2 is locate one floor below the ballroom. Conference set-up permits seating for 133 persons.
• The Ballroom Foyer links the Hermitage Grand Ballroom with 4 Boardrooms. This foyer accommodates a Foyer Bar and Coat Room.
• Boardroom I – Cotis – 37.6 m2 and balcony with capacity up to 16 persons.
• Boardroom II – Spartak – 37.6 m2 and balcony with capacity up to 16 persons.
• Boardroom III – Orpheus – 76.2 m2 and 2 balconies. Capacity up to 40 persons.
• Boardroom IV– Odris – 37.6 m2 and balcony with capacity up to 16 persons.

All Boardrooms have a 5 m height clearance and full windows, built in multimedia presenters with screens and white boards, pin boards and flip charts on rails.
