Directly accessible from the hotel as well as through a separate entrance with a spacious foyer and a separate bar, the main conference room provides state-of-the-art audio and video equipment and can accommodate up to 120 people. For more intimate gatherings, the hotel offers an adjacent seminar room that can hold up to 40 people.
Technological aids include: 2 overhead projectors, a slide projector, 5 flip charts, light and sound system, assortment of microphones, TV, VHS video equipment, and a screen. Additional equipment needed can be rented from an outside provider at an additional cost.
