The conference center is comprised of three halls ranging from capacities of 8 to 574 people and 690m2 of exhibit space, and comes complete with all of the most advanced equipment. Audio, video and lighting technicians are available throughout the event (off-hours paid separately).
The Events Office sees to the success of the event by providing ongoing customer support, from the initial request to the preparation of an estimate within 24 hours clear through to invoicing, and is responsible for customer satisfaction while the work is being performed. The Event Concierge is the key point of reference throughout the phase of operations.
Ristorante Le Ginestre, with a capacity for up to 500 people, provides high quality express dining and excellent service.
