Meetings and conferences held at the Excelsior Vittoria are permeated immediately with a sense of quality and exclusiveness that is especially rewarding for delegates. The meeting rooms are all tastefully decorated with frescoes and paintings so that delegates feel at ease while working.
The Hotel offers six different theatre style meeting rooms seating from 30 to 250. Audiovisual equipment of every kind can be supplied on request. The management will be happy to quote for special requirements. The Excelsior Vittoria can also provide a suitable DMC if needed, to organize the details of conference programmes locally.
Sala Vittoria (240 pax):
The Vittoria Room is the hotel’s premier meeting room in terms of size and rich artistic decor, featuring an 1800's frescoed ceiling and decorated ceramic cherubs on the walls alternating with red marble. It is perfect for prestigious gala dinners or for hosting sophisticated corporate events for large numbers of delegates.
Sala Club (40 pax):
The Club Room, which enjoys a sea view from the large windows, is a bright, pleasant place to hold meetings or business lunches. It is connected to the Sala Del Moro and overlooks the Bosquet Terrace, where coffee breaks can be held in the summer months.
Sala Del Moro (35 pax):
The Sala del Moro provides a bright, warm backdrop for small meetings and incentive events. Decorated with trompe l'oeils depicting vegetation, and Middle Eastern upholstery, this room has large windows overlooking the Bosquet Terrace and is connected to the Club Room and Stuart Room.
Sala Stuart (35 pax):
With its geometric, grey-green designs, the Stuart Room provides an intimate, family-feeling for small business meetings. Connected to the Sala del Moro and the Bosquet Room, the Stuart Room overlooks the Bosquet Terrace which enjoys a spectacular view over the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.
Sala Bosquet (35 pax):
The Bosquet Room, decorated with floral trompe l'oeils in soft, pastel shades, is the ideal setting for small groups given the intimate, comfortable setting. It overlooks the terrace of the same name with a sea view and is connected to the Stuart Room.
Sala Tarantella (80 pax):
The Tarantella Room, the walls of which depict scenes of the traditional Sorrento dance painted by Belgian set designer Thierry Bosquet, is ideal for medium-size meetings and conventions. The discreet, tasteful atmosphere makes for business meetings of an exclusive, superior quality.
