A dedicated private events staff is on hand to “cater” to your every need and ensure your event is picture perfect.
Grand hotel via Veneto offers the following room options:
- Sala Ruhlmann: can host up to 80 people, theatre-style;
- Saletta Burri: a small meeting room that can host up to 10 people, perfect for a board meeting or private meal;
- Saletta de Chirico: a private room that can host up to 12 people;
- Terrace and Roof Garden: ideal in summertime for receptions and weddings, private and exclusive events for up to 250 guests;
- Fashion shows and other product presentations can be hosted in the Hall allowing for a 12-metre runway to be installed with seating for up to 100.
All meeting guests have complimentary use of: microphones, overhead projector, projector, projection screens, portable platforms, podium, white-boards, pens, customized directionals, dedicated conference coordinator, Internet and technical staff.
The hotel also provides the following for a supplemental charge: recorders, audio/visual device substitution, stenographer, interpreters, printer, Wi-Fi, musicians, security, decorations, tours and entertainment.
