 The highlight of the conference area is the 1,000-square metre ballroom, the largest in Munich, which can accommodate 1,250 persons. Its features include an integrated stage, several balconies, spacious foyer with separate outside access, and sophisticated technology.

 The five Board Meeting Rooms are the perfect setting for conferences of five to 12. In an elegant club atmosphere, dark wood appointments, and comfortable leather chairs are perfectly combined with innovative conference technology such as DVD and CD players, as well as video recorders. All seats have integrated tabletop access to analogue and digital connections, as well as an electrical power point and RGB connectors. White boards on the walls can be used as write able flip charts or touch-screens for presentations. All technology in the rooms, including lighting and dimming, is operated via touch terminal.
