The Fairmont Waterfront is an exceptional meetings venue in one of the world's most vibrant cities. The hotel is connected underground to the Vancouver Convention Centre, and is within walking distance to a host of other attractions.
The Waterfront Ballroom
This room is The Fairmont Waterfront's largest function room. Guests can enjoy views of Stanley Park and the North Shore Mountains from the 21-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious foyer, and four beautiful crystal chandeliers. Four grand doors lead to the expansive pillar-free ballroom.
The MacKenzie Ballroom
This room is located at the entrance to the concourse level of the hotel. Four chandeliers, two wall mirrors, and a 12-foot ceiling have earned this room a junior ballroom classification. A built-in divider allows for the room to be separated, creating MacKenzie 1 and MacKenzie 2.
The Princess Louisa Suite:
A charming and unique venue, the Princess Louisa Suite features a spacious foyer with sliding glass doors leading into the dining area. Both the foyer and dining area offer views of the inner Harbor. The foyer can be utilized for pre-dinner cocktails, buffet, reception or dance floor. This space is perfect for a celebration of up to 70 guests.
The Seymour Suite
One of our executive-style boardrooms, The Seymour Suite boasts both elegance and style. Located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, this unique room features floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular views of Stanley Park and the North Shore Mountains. A beautiful dark wood boardroom table with black leather high-back chairs give this room an executive feel. This room is perfect for small board meetings accommodating up to ten people.
The Malaspina Room
The Malaspina Room is located at the end of the corridor on the concourse level of the hotel. With it's modern art and decorative wall mirror, it is the ideal setting for meetings and gatherings for 50 - 200 people accommodating a variety of set-ups styles.
The Cheakamus Room
The Cheakamus Room is located at the end of the corridor on the concourse level of the hotel. With it's modern art and decorative wall mirror, it is the ideal setting for meetings and gatherings for 30 - 70 people accommodating a variety of set-ups styles.
Terrace Room
Located on the third floor of the hotel the Terrace Room offers windows with a spectacular view of the Inner Harbor and Stanley Park. Just off the room is a small private outdoor patio with teak patio furniture allowing guests to step away from the meeting and enjoy the fresh air and view. This comfortable and unique room also features a cozy seating area with couch, chairs and coffee table.
The Nootka Room
The Nootka Room is located mid corridor on the concourse level of the hotel. With it's built in screen and whiteboard, it is the ideal setting for small meetings and gatherings for 10 - 30 people accommodating a variety of set-ups styles.
The Burrard Suite
The Burrard Suite, located on the 2nd floor of the hotel this meeting room offers windows overlooking Canada Place and the Inner Harbor. The Burrard Suite can accommodate a maximum of 15 people in either a boardroom or u-shape format.
Douglas Boardroom
One of the Executive style boardrooms, the Douglas Boardroom features a beautiful dark wood boardroom table with comfortable black leather high back chairs. Beautiful native artwork and marble credenza's give this room an impressive look and ideal setting for a board meeting.
Audio-Visual
PSAV Presentation Services is the official supplier to The Fairmont Waterfront and maintains a fully staffed office in the hotel. They provide complete audio visual planning, skilled technicians, state-of-the-art equipment and personalized service.
Additional services include multimedia staging, conference services, audio / video recording, videoconferencing, and simultaneous interpretation.
