Haleakala Ballroom
With five hand-crafted chandeliers, imported from Murano, Italy, and stately decor, the exquisite 28,000 square foot Haleakala Ballroom provides many options for groups. The Ballroom can be divided into five sections, each with its own outdoor pre-function area in beautiful Haleakala Gardens. Double airwalls separate the large, center section from the outer sections. Extensive hang points, power sources and audio visual resources allow for state of the art and high-tech production set ups.

Haleakala Gardens
This 12,000 square foot covered pre-function area adjacent to the Haleakala Ballroom allows versatility for meeting planners. The garden´s dripwall creates the perfect backdrop for any type of event, featuring slowly dripping water that gathers in tranquil pools with exotic flowers.

Meeting Rooms - Ilima, Pikake, Maile, Plumeria and Hibiscus
All five meeting rooms divide into three sections measuring 20´ x 30´ each. Add these 15 rooms to the two boardrooms for a total of 17 breakout rooms. Tastefully furnished in beige and ivory, the woodwork and chandeliers create an elegant atmosphere ideal for smaller banquets or meetings. The Hawaiian Garden fronts all of the breakout rooms, creating a convenient and breathtaking locale for a meal or coffee break.

Board Rooms - Protea and Silversword
Any VIP will feel comfortable in either of our two refined executive boardrooms. Each offers an executive style conference table complete with twelve matching chairs and a private telephone booth. Protea is decorated in soothing beige tones with a granite conference table, while Silversword is finished in deep mahogany wood and features a rich wooden conference table.
