Originally designed to be the ultimate vacation getaway, today's Halekulani has also become Hawaii's best location for business meetings and conventions. Its goal is to not only meet the expectations of its meeting planners, but to exceed them, with services, facilities and amenities all designed for success.

Ballroom

The Halekulani Ballroom can be divided into two rooms. The lavishly-appointed ballroom room seats up to 320 guests for dinner and can accommodate up to 500 guests for receptions. Elegantly paneled in teak and decorated with light fixtures designed after Hawaiian artifacts, the 4,300 sq. ft. ballroom features a pillarless design for unobstructed viewing. There is also a lanai for registration and pre-function cocktail receptions.

Hau Terrace

The 4,933 sq. ft. Hau Terrace and Lanai seats up to 120 for banquets and can accommodate up to 360 guests for receptions when using the spacious lanai - which provides spectacular views of Diamond Head and the beautifully blue Pacific Ocean.

Garden Terrace

With its glass-paneled French doors, the 1,928 sq. ft. Garden Terrace seats up to 100 guests for banquets.Outdoor cocktail receptions for up to 600 guests can take advantage of the adjoining lush and well-maintained Garden Courtyard, which offers an additional 6,400 sq. ft. of entertaining space.

Kalia and Kiawe Rooms

The 621 sq. ft. Kalia Room and 515 sq. ft. Kiawe Room are located on the second floor of the historic Main Building. Both rooms overlook a tranquil courtyard, ensuring intimacy and privacy. They are perfectly suited for smaller corporate meetings and banquets of 20-40 guests.
