The conference and meeting facilities at the Shangri-La's Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa feature audiovisual equipment and lighting support. With the pillarless Barr Al Jissah Ballroom that seats 700 guests banquet style, plus the pre-function area, up to 850 guests can be accommodated. Seven additional meeting rooms offer many options.

All of the conference and function rooms offers audiovisual equipment, including the following:

•   Wired and wireless high-speed Internet access
•   Slide projector, overhead projector, LCD projector and direct projector
•   Simultaneous translation system available upon request in advance
