When we receive your request we immediately check the availability for the dates you have specified with your preferred hotel. If there is availability we will contact you with all of the details regarding the type of room available as well as the total cost. If you have any special needs or requests, please inform your personal travel consultant immediately as they may impact availability or room category.
In the event that the hotel you have selected does not have availability your personal travel consultant will propose alternatives similar in location, rating and price.
Your travel documents (tickets, accommodation and/or car hire vouchers etc.) will be sent to the address you have specified as soon as the full amount has been remitted to our organization. If you are paying by credit card then the documents will be forwarded as soon as the final installment has been verified. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please send a copy of the transfer receipt via fax or e-mail.
