FAQ: Reservation Confirmation

1. What happens when my booking request is received and how is it confirmed?

When we receive your request we immediately check the availability for the dates you have specified with your preferred hotel. If there is availability we will contact you with all of the details regarding the type of room available as well as the total cost. If you have any special needs or requests, please inform your personal travel consultant immediately as they may impact availability or room category.

In the event that the hotel you have selected does not have availability your personal travel consultant will propose alternatives similar in location, rating and price.

2. When will I receive my travel documents and receipt of payment? Your travel documents (tickets, accommodation and/or car hire vouchers etc.) will be sent to the address you have specified as soon as the full amount has been remitted to our organization. If you are paying by credit card then the documents will be forwarded as soon as the final installment has been verified. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please send a copy of the transfer receipt via fax or e-mail.
3. How soon can I expect an answer after submitting my request? You will receive confirmation that we have received your request immediately. We endeavour to provide you an itemized quote the same day. Depending on time differences the longest you should have to wait is 12 to 24 hours.
