Bank Remittance Note: All banks worldwide charge transfer fees, therefore we kindly request that you ensure that we receive your remittance as a NET sum. All bank fees are your responsibility and should not be withheld from the amount you submit to us as payment for your booking. Please take special care to advise your bank that all fees are 'YOURS' meaning that they are to be paid at the time of making the transaction to ensure that we receive the NET amount as quoted. Please send your Bank remittance Slip by Fax to +30 2810 220785 or Scan and attach it to an email quoting your ID Number and the reason/location concerning this payment to ensure we promptly locate and credit your booking.
All prices quoted on our websites as well as your individual booking quotation are NET.
“The Finest Hotels of the World” has created a secure environment for internet credit or debit card transactions. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all personal information including name, address and card number to prevent it being read during transmission over the internet.
If you still prefer not to submit the information through the internet you can use our Printable Reservation Form and fax the information to our reservations department. You can also give us the information directly by phone. We respect your privacy and your security and trust are our highest priorities.
Be advised that you should never include sensitive information such as card details in e-mail correspondence. The majority of e-mail providers do not provide stringent security.
When you accept the reservation quote that we have presented to you, you will be advised to reconfirm by submitting your Credit or Debit Card information through our Secure Server (SSL). Your card will be charged the required amount of the deposit.

There will be no other charges added (OUR NO-SURCHARGE GUARANTEE). When your reservation deposit is remitted you will receive a prepayment receipt for the amount paid.
30 days before your arrival your Credit or Debit Card will be charged automatically for the balance of the amount. Should you wish to charge the balance to a different credit card than that which you originally submitted please inform your personal travel consultant, then go to our Secure Credit Card Payment and fill in a form with your Personal Information. There is a 5% bank surcharge incurred any time a credit card payment needs to be reversed.
After Full Payment has been confirmed you will receive your Travel Documents along with your payment Receipts.
Individual hotel booking policies vary. For example, many hotels demand payment to be completed 60 days prior to arrival. Therefore, when you make a reservation, please ask for the policy of your preferred hotel.

You can change the credit or debit card but there will be a 5% bank surcharge on the reversal of the deposit payment. Consider carefully which account you want to charge your booking to before you submit you card to avoid additional bank charges.

We advise you not to leave confirmation via deposit to the last minute as the room or service you have requested may no longer be available.
