There are two reasons that our prices are so competitive: First of all we have joined forces with high-volume travel brokerages which have the leverage to negotiate the most favorable rates and packages. Secondly, by processing all of our transactions through the internet we are able to substantially limit our overhead and subsequently pass that saving on to our valued customers.
When reserving multiple rooms or making multiple reservations for various destinations you can of course charge them to whatever credit or debit card you choose. However in order to avoid bank surcharges for payment reversals you need to let your personal travel consultant know right from the beginning how you intend to handle the payments. You should think about which cards will be assigned to which rooms before confirming your booking via deposit.
We accept the following major Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards: Visa, MasterCard, or you can pay via Bank Remittance.
Personal checks are not accepted.
Bank Remittance Note: All banks worldwide charge transfer fees, therefore we kindly request that you ensure that we receive your remittance as a NET sum. All bank fees are your responsibility and should not be withheld from the amount you submit to us as payment for your booking. Please take special care to advise your bank that all fees are 'YOURS' meaning that they are to be paid at the time of making the transaction to ensure that we receive the NET amount as quoted. Please send your Bank remittance Slip by Fax to +30 2810 220785 or Scan and attach it to an email quoting your ID Number and the reason/location concerning this payment to ensure we promptly locate and credit your booking.
All prices quoted on our websites as well as your individual booking quotation are NET.
You have the option of using our Printable Reservation Form which you can complete and send by fax to our head office at +30 2810 220785.
Please Note: We cannot process your reservation without valid credit card information or confirmation of a direct bank deposit. We advise you not to leave confirmation via deposit to the last minute as the room or service you have requested may no longer be available.
The charge that will appear on your credit or debit card statement may appear as having been made by either "The Finest Hotels of the World" group OR the affiliate/company that operates the hotel you have chosen. This depends on individual hotel payment policies. If the hotel charges your card directly you will be informed as to how the company name will appear on your statement.
By submitting your credit or debit card information you hereby agree to accept the subsequent charge to your card. IF YOU ARE NOT THE CARD HOLDER a written authorization stating the reservation code must be provided by the card holder in order for your reservation to be valid.
