The reason we operate on a pre-payment basis is precisely to avoid situations such as the double booking of rooms or over booking of hotels. Though this situation rarely occurs with the hotels we have contracts with it can occasionally happen especially with last minute bookings. In the event that your hotel has over-sold or has already checked another quest into your assigned room they will make every effort to find you a comparable room. If no comparable room is available in their facility they will arrange for you to stay in a nearby hotel of the same class at no additional charge. They will also usually arrange your transfer to the other hotel as a courtesy and provide you a complimentary long-distance call to inform your family or office of the change in your accommodation.
If you encounter any problem with the room you have been assigned you should request to speak with the hotel manager to try and resolve it. Subject to availability they will usually offer you another room of the same category, particularly if the problem is the result of some technical or maintenance issue.
If you simply “don’t like” the room you can request an upgrade, however you will be expected to pay the price difference to the hotel directly.
If you feel that the accommodation or service being provided is not up to a standard appropriate to the class rating of the hotel please notify our office immediately and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation. Our success depends on your satisfaction.
lease Note: if you choose to leave your hotel you will not be eligible for any refund. Speak with the manager; it is their job to make sure all guests are comfortable and well looked after.
