The Schloss Restaurant on the First Floor of the Castle consists of not one, but
three separate Dining Rooms, all elegantly furnished and offering sensational Views across the
lake. The Executive Chef, Brian Seeger, one of the finest exponents of Austrian cuisine, has
created a menu of wonderful imagination and taste to satisfy the most discerning of palates.
Fresh Fish from the Lake make regular appearances on this sophisticated menu including char,
trout and salmon.
The Jagdhof Restaurant, under the professional guidance of the Chef provides guests
with a more informal but equally delicious selection of regional dishes in a bistro-style
environment.
There are also the Fireside Bar, the Castle Bar and the Barbeque
Bar at the Lakeside Beach.
