Food & Beverages
Le Barsey: Welcoming and cosy, Le Barsey restaurant is
located on the Lobby level of the hotel. The favourite haunt of many European
celebrities, artists and dignitaries, Le Barsey is ultra-hip and the place to be
seen in the city. At the same time, the service is relaxed and friendly, never
stuffy or obtrusive. For a pre-dinner aperitif, there is a bar, replete with a
wide array of spirits, Belgian beers and cocktails.
The restaurant's menu is innovative and primarily European, its cuisine
inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients. This is all accompanied by a vast
and impressive wine list.
A breakfast buffet is served daily, and morning papers from around Europe may
be read in a quiet, stress-free atmosphere. Lunch is also popular with the
business crowd, so reservations for lunch and dinner are highly recommended.
During the summer months, the lovely neo-classical terrace is open for
breakfast and lunch.
Le Barsey Bar: Le Barsey Bar is located in the restaurant
and serves a wide selection of spirits, cocktails, wines and beers.
