Villa Adela Residence

Villa Adela is a newly renovated one-story villa with a spacious and well-maintained garden, situated by the sea in the heart of the historical town of Lovran also known as a town of beautiful villas and parks. The villa was built in 1905 by a famous Italian master-builder Attilio Maguolo, at the time when Lovran was developing as a winter health resort for the Austro-Hungarian aristocracy.

History

According to the legend there was a captain from Lovran who fell in love with a Spanish singer during one of his journeys. When they came to Lovran the captain decided to have a villa built for her in order to show his great love, and they spent many exciting years in it. Upon the captain's death she continued to live in the villa and for the rest of her life she sang to the local people. If you are lucky, you might find some of the old residents who still remember her songs.

Residence is situated by the sea; it has a garden and direct access to 12 km long seaside promenade "Lungomare". It consists of a spacious kitchen (dinning room), living room with a sofa that can be pulled into 2 extra beds, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large sea-view balcony.

Technical equipment of the residence includes: air-conditioning, telephone, TV, HI FI components, dishwasher, enabling the guest to have more time for them selves. Private parking area is by the residence.
