The hotel is found in the beautiful Amathus Area of Limassol, approximately 11km from the town centre, set within 43,000m2 of beautifully landscaped gardens and boasting it’s very own 237 berth Marina.

With the addition of the new 56 bedroom Executive Wing in April 2006 and a complete renovation costing a total of 12 million US dollars, the hotel remains a favourite for travellers whether on business or pleasure.

The St. Raphael Resort is located on one of the most renowned and largest beaches in Limassol. The clear blue sea water and silver sands, ensure that all guests can enjoy a dip in the Mediterranean sea and relax by the calm waves.

For those guests who prefer fresh water, the hotel features two outdoor freeform swimming pools and one indoor pool. One of the outdoor leisure pools features the Amphibion Wet/Dry Pool Bar while the second outdoor pool in the new Executive Wing has its own water slide and separate shaded children’s pool.

The hotel itself is only a short coastal drive from the lively centre of Limassol, approximately 11km away. There are shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance and a bus stop exactly outside the hotel.

This carefully chosen, tranquil location caters for the best of all worlds as the calm sea is at the doorstep and the town only a few moments away.

Also the hotel has convenient access to the islands modern road network and any other coastal town, mountain village or tourist attraction is hardly more than an hours drive away.

Of the 272 rooms and suites, 216 have been completely renovated and the new addition of the 56 Executive Rooms has ensured that every type of guest can find the facilities to suit them.

From the deluxe Admiral Suites, Marina-View rooms, Standard Sea-View rooms, Executive/ Family rooms and Inland view rooms, there is a category and price to suit everyone.

All rooms are equipped with 26 inch flat-screen televisions with satellite, pay movies on demand and play-station games, complimentary coffee and tea making facilities, direct-dial telephones, radio, safes and mini-bars.

The en-suite marble bathrooms are fitted with every amenity, while the carefully designed building allows 90% of the rooms a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea which one can enjoy from their private balcony.

All 216 Rooms and Suites in the main building were renovated in 2006 and the new unique Executive Wing, features 56 large bedrooms and modern facilities, with the main bedroom separating from the children’s area.

Children of all ages are catered for and there is a full animation team with activities programmed for outdoors and indoors that will guarantee to keep all ages happily occupied.

Parents can ‘sign in’ their children to the new large mini-club which features indoor games, television and a pool table.

One of the summertime favourites for children has to be the new aqua park floating in the shallow waters of the beach, with a trampoline, climbing mountain and slide especially designed for children and teenagers.

Families can also enjoy a variety of water sports at the beach.

Evening shows are sure to entertain the whole family with acts such as fire shows, cabaret nights, Latin dancing, illusionists and Cyprus folkloric shows.

Disco nights for the littleones are also scheduled regularly.

During the day, children are spoilt for choice with the separate shaded children’s pool, water slide and outdoor children’s play ground, all situated in the grounds of the new Executive Wing!.

The new wing also features specially designed family rooms accommodating families of four comfortably.

The renovated hotel provides excellent accommodation with 90% of the rooms having a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea with private balconies.

Church Weddings The St. Raphael Chapel was built in 2006 and is a unique and atmospheric chapel for anyone’s special day. The chapel is situated close to the beautiful pleasure pool of the executive wing with a magnificent view of the sea and marina.

The floor was completed by hand by local artists consisting of marble and glass mosaics, while the local tradition of icons has been combined with beautiful stained glass windows and wood surroundings to give the chapel the ultimate Island ambience second to none, whatever your domination is.

There is an idyllic stone amphitheatre around the chapel creating the ultimate Mediterranean feeling. The use of Hotel Chapel is free of charge for wedding parties staying in the hotel.

Outdoor Weddings A huge variety of choice is available for those who wish to have civil services of either weddings or renewal of vows. From the large sandy beach, to the exotic gardens, next to the 1000 year old olive tree, or in the centre of the Ancient-Style 5 tier amphitheatre, the choice of venues is unique and each couple can ensure that they will be able to find exactly what they had always dreamed of.

Palladium Restaurant Serving international themed buffet dinners with live musical entertainment several times a week, this glamorous restaurant is the ideal location to indulge in some of the best cuisine from around the globe.

The Palladium boasts high ceilings which are hand-painted with the twelve Ancient Greek gods and breathtaking views of the sea and marina.

Octagon Restaurant Open everyday, the Octagon Restaurant serves full American Buffet Breakfast with a huge array of displays to choose from.

During lunch time, the Octagon serves as the main restaurant with an international buffet, carvery, salad bar and dessert selection that will tempt even the most discerning guest.

In the evening, this delightful restaurant becomes an Italian quarter with choices of homemade pasts, pizzas and salads.

Phoenician A fusion of Mediterranean and Arabic cuisine served as a meze. This sumptuous treat includes a variety of starters, pastries and grilled meats of the best of the Mediterranean and Middle East.

The atmosphere of the Phoenician restaurant is yet to be surpassed, boasting high ceilings, original mosaic features and genuine antique decorative items from the Middle East.

Splash The perfect outdoor restaurant for those who would like to have a casual atmosphere while dining by the new outdoor swimming pool of the executive wing. 

Ideal for families with children of all ages, this relaxed restaurant serves a variety of fast food with a ‘make your own salad’ bar, and is open during lunch and early dinner.

Beach Bar Serving a variety of barbequed meats and grills with a fresh salad bar and selection of the island’s best fruits, there can be no better location for those who wish to enjoy the feel of the sea and beach.

Ultimately casual for a bite in between dips in the sea or pool, this restaurant also has it’s own bar where guests can order beverages while relaxing in the sun.

Captain’s Bar and Terrace The Captain’s Bar, with its’ nautical theme and elevated view over the Mediterranean sea, offers guests the perfect retreat while enjoying a drink or snack.

The bar has its own wooden decked terrace overlooking the hotel’s beautifully kept gardens and Marina. The staff are well known for their interesting cocktail favorites and there is live music six times a week in the evenings.

Amphibion Pool Bar The wet and dry Amphibion Bar has been a symbol of St. Raphael Resort since the hotel first opened in 1997.

All guests enjoy swimming up to bar and ordering a long awaited cocktail while bathing in the beautiful Mediterranean sun and talking with friends on the other ‘dry’ side of this well known bar.
