Concept: Cyprus is a varied and seasonal country. The culinary concepts and taste at the Anassa are based on seasonal influences: influences of hotel garden herbs, farm fresh produce sourced from the local villages around Polis, and recipes which anticipate the guests desires. New for this year, the executive chef, Ashley Goddard has created new buffet menus, the Pelagos show kitchen, and totally energised the culinary approach to locally infused dishes, with his motto "Choice for the Guests". Vegetarian options are available in all restaurants.

An exclusive nine course gourmet menu with wine pairing is offered once a week. Basiliko is entirely non-smoking but guests may enjoy a cigar or cigarette on the outside patio. Please note that there is limited seating at Basiliko, so advance bookings are recommended.
