Location
The elegant Hotel Balzac is located only a few steps from the Arc de
Triomphe. To get to Hotel Balzac:
- By Car: On the North ring road, exit at Porte Maillot, then follow
the Avenue de la Grande Armée in the direction of L'Etoile. At the
L'Etoile roundabout, take Avenue Friedland and then the second right onto
Rue Balzac.
- By Plain: Roissy Charles de Gaulle International Airport is a 30 to
45 minutes trip from the Hotel. The Bourget Airport is 30 to 40 minutes
- By Train: There are 6 SNCF Train stations: Gare du Nord-Eurostar /
Thalys, Gare d'Austerlitz, Gare de Lyon- TGV Méditerranean / Switzerland /
Italy, Gare Montparnasse- TGV To the Atlantic Coast / Southwest, Gare Saint
Lazare- Normandy, Gare de l'Est- Germany / Orient Express.
- By Metro: The Charles de Gaulle metro station is a two-minute walk
from the hotel. Leave the metro station by the doors indicating Champs
Elysees. Metro lines 1-2-6 and the RER A line.
Rooms
All Rooms in Hotel Balzac are bright, spacious, decorated in a
contemporary Parisian Style and provided with the most modern amenities.
Room Types:
- Prestigious Suites: Located
on the sixth and last floor, Prestigious Suites, all individually decorated
in a contemporary Parisian style, offer spacious and bright separate living
rooms. They may exceptionally be fitted out as a conference room, for
meetings up to ten persons. The Presidential Suite benefits from a
spacious lounge, a Bar and two Bathrooms- approximately 58m². The Royal
suite has a vast salon opening out onto a south facing terrace from
which you can contemplate the view of the rooftops and famous Parisian
sights from the Champs- Elysees to the Eiffel Tower and the Esplanade des
Invalides.The Bathroom in the Royal
Suite features a Jacuzzi-
approximately 64 m².
- Suites and Junior Suites: In the Living Room or Bedroom, let
yourself be swept away by the atmosphere, surrounded as you are by the
colour that unites the entire Suite. The spaciousness of the Room and its
big French windows inundate you with light. The tined marble Bathroom
invites you to unwind in a tea- scented bath with essential oil. The
Junior Suites are approximately
32 m² and the
Suites are approximately 38 m².
Some of the Corner Suites overlook rue Balzac and
rue Lord Byron and may exceptionally accommodate up to five persons for a
Meeting.
- Deluxe and Superior
Rooms: The Standard and Deluxe Rooms are respectively 22m² and 25m².
They are individually furnished, calm and luminous and can accommodate one
or two people. Some Deluxe Rooms offer a comfortable seating area and have a
view overlooking the Eiffel Tower, rue Balzac or inner Hotel courtyard. Some
of the Rooms can be interconnected.
