The villa is set in two hectares of grounds, with a garden to the rear of the house with oleanders, palms and pine trees. A few steps up on a slightly higher level is the large swimming pool with a  pebbled surround, in a wonderful setting with sea views.The spacious interiors have traditional terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. Many of the rooms have sea views, with the living/dining room in particular having a large picture window facing the sea. A patio at the back of the house has a dining area  and ping-pong table, and there is another outdoor dining area down a few steps to the side of the house, with a built-in barbecue.
