An inventive and gastronomic cuisine of a very high standard is proposed by
the Alpes Hotel du Pralong for its guests.
At mid day, lunch is served in the form of grand buffet on the sunny terrace
opposite Saulire.
In the evening, one dines by candlelight in an elegant dining room with a menu
of some choice proposing soup, a hot entree or fish, meat , cheeses and dessert.
The cuisine is inspired and representative of all the regions of France but with
a particular penchant for the south-west where the same team of chefs presides
in the summer.
