Le Comptoir de L’Apogée
Two fabulous staircases frame the dramatic main restaurant, Le Comptoir de L’Apogée Courchevel, a scene dominated by a wall of windows overlooking the pristine ski slopes. Chef Franck Ferigutti will lead the culinary brigade of Le Comptoir de L'Apogée. A ham aging cellar is the centrepiece, a stage for the highly skilled chefs who present aged hams that are carved before you and a fromagerie, with cheeses sourced from artisan producers and matured on site by the restaurant’s affineurs.
Champagne Lounge
Working with select Champagne houses, head barman Akram Rechidov has created an original menu that features prestigious names but also some new and surprising appellations. This is an intimate and stylish bar to toast the finer things in life with some of the world’s finest champagne. During the day guests gather for coffee, tisanes or lunch. The light menu created by Chef Yannick Franques is a witty showcase of traditional lunchtime fair with his inimitable gourmet flair, such as hot dogs with Périgord truffle or the club sandwich with foie gras.
Le Bar de L’Apogée
Every evening Le Bar de L’Apogée welcomes guests with a trendy vibe created by resident and guest DJs. Head Barman Akram Rechidov has honed the art and craft of cocktails, mixing classics and concocting sensational new tastes for an original dimension. Accompanying canapés are available all evening, while the light lunch menu is devised with creative flair by Chef Franck Ferigutti.
