A Culinary Trip Around Gut Ising’s Restaurants
In the morning you can enjoy our extravagant breakfast buffet with sparklingwine, either in the Salzburger Stube flooded with natural light, or outdoors on the sun terrace with magnificent views of the Alps. In the evening experience the special atmosphere created by the arched ceilings, old timber floors and antique furniture in the dining rooms of the “Golden Plough” restaurant. During our beautiful summer nights you can take in the balmy atmosphere and dine outside in the "Schani"-Garten or inner courtyards of the estate.
The Traditional Monastery Cuisine
Monasteries, the first hotel/ restaurant ventures of the Middle Ages, possessed extensive landed properties and the monks were experienced producers: they knew all about the best cultivation methods and had the best seeds. To them we owe the best traditions of cooking and many of the luxuries without which no one can imagine the gastronomic culture. Dom Perignon, the cellar man of a Benedictine monastery created the champagne!
Bar
Allow them to create a drink especially for you in the Hotel Bar – whether with a strong shot of alcohol or fresh and fruity – the barman has something for everyone in his repertoire.
