The cuisine of the Schlosshotel is not only renowned for its classical dishes. As is
to be expected of the Hotel’s high standards set here, the chef has also incorporated the
modern influences of today’s culinary art. From impeccably served Breakfast, or Afternoon Tea
at weekends – in good English tradition – to festive evening meal, the hotel guest will find
everything expected from an exceptional hotel.
The extensive wine list deserves particular attention. It carries many noble vintages,
including wines from the Hotel’s own vineyard “Prinz von Hessen”.
Jimmy’s Bar:
Jimmy΄s, the American bar is a meeting point for our hotel and local guests. The Bar is not
only a pleasure for art lovers, because of the only original 'Turner' in Germany,
but also an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone and with Piano Music during the evening.
