Stanley Hotel

The Stanley Hotel is located 700 meters from the center of Athens, only 1,5 Km from the Constitution Square and a 55 minutes drive from the airport and the nearest sandy shore.

Stanley is located outside the traffic restriction ring of Athens, with a very easy access to both National Roads ( to Patras or Salonica ). Transportation from and to the Hotel has dramatically improved with the opening of the Subway Station the entrance of which, is right at the Hotel's sidewalk.

The Hotel consists of 395 rooms. After the last renovation 7 suites were added with new features like Jacuzzi, fridge and trouser press. Also 10 rooms are specially designed for disabled people.

The Reception Desk, lies in a recently renovated Hall, with granite floors new paintings and decorations and state of the art lighting and Air Conditioning. It operates on a 24 hours basis, and has money exchange and tours bookings services.

It has one Main Restaurant of 535 square meters ( 4800 square feet ) overlooking the also renovated Karaiskaki Square with the unique monument of the deceased Aviators. The Restaurant serves Buffet American Breakfast and tableside served Lunch and Dinner, with recipes mainly form the Greek cuisine.

The second Restaurant is called Virtus, lies on the Rooftop and is a beautiful contemporary Piano Restaurant. It's operating " A La Carte " with a rich card of local delicacies and char-grilled fresh meats and fish. Dinners are accompanied by a carefully chosen wine card, Live Piano Music and singing and of course the magnificent View on the whole City of Athens including the Acropolis and the Lycabetus Hill.

The Stanley has 3 Bars a Day Bar by the Reception Lobby, a Rooftop Bar by the Swimming Pool ( seasonally open ) and the Mezzanine Bar, completely refurbished, with good cocktails, music and snacks. Other outlets include the TV Rooms with Satellite Reception, the 2 Hairdressers for ladies and for gentlemen and the Jewelry Store.
