Avra City Hotel, formerly named “Minoa Hotel”, is a historical building of the city of Chania since the last century. Its initial architectural design has been kept in the main building of the hotel, which hosts the hotel Lobby, the Breakfast Restaurant and the Lobby Bar, as well as an open-air courtyard for coffee and relaxation. All Standard Rooms and Junior Suites, though, are located in the additional 5 store building, built in 1997, offering unobstructed view to the Municipal Gardens of Chania. The hotel has been fully refurbished in 2012, furnished with modern amenities while preserving the original Art Deco style.

Location

If you are visiting Crete as a tourist, you will be fascinated by the gems that the city itself hides, from the Old Port to Koum Capi, to Court Square and Splantzia Square.

If you are interested in taking longer excursions or visiting any of the other cities of Crete, the Local Bus Station is located about 400m away, so everything is at hand!

When travelling for business, Avra City Hotel will make everything easy due to its ideal location and its private parking.

Covering an area of 23 m², each Standard Room of Avra City Hotel can accommodate up to 2 adults + 1 child.

These contemporary elegantly furnished rooms feature all modern amenities. Junior Suites

Occupying an area of 34 m², each Junior Suite of Avra City Hotel has a maximum capacity of 2 adults + 2 children.

All Junior Suites are furnished with a relaxing sitting area with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table, individually controlled air conditioning/heating, mini bar, espresso machine, direct phone line, electronic safe, free Wi-Fi internet access, hair dryer and magnifying mirror, complementary luxurious bathroom amenities and a satellite TV.
