Apokoron Luxury Villas is a group of
six autonomous stone built villas situated on a hill overlooking the traditional
village of Gavalohori. Architectural splendor is combined with modern facilities

Driving Directions:
From Chania airport follow signs to Chania - Rethymno highway. You need to
be heading towards Rethymno. Once on the highway in the direction to
Rethymno approximately 20km after entering it there is an exit on the left
of the highway marked by signs to "Kalami" and "Kalives". Take the
exit and drive straight into the village of Kalives. Once inside the
village of Kalives follow the sign to Vamos. Approximately 1 km
after this sign you'll find another sign to "Almirida" pointing to the
left. Turn left and after 5 km you'll be inside Almirida. From there
follow the sign to Gavalohori. Once inside Gavalohori proceed to
the village square. There's a coffee shop at the square. Take the uphill road
next to the coffee shop and you'll find the villas 100m later.
From Heraklio airport follow the signs to the Heraklion - Chania
highway. You need to be heading towards Chania. After approximately 2
1/2 hours of driving (you'll pass the major city of Rethymno as well) look for
signs for Vamos. Exit off the highway at Vamos. Enter the village
of Vamos and drive straight following signs for either Douliana
and/or Gavalohori. At some point there is a junction with two exits on
the right. Follow the one marked Gavalohori, After a short drive you'll
reach Gavalohori square. There's a coffee shop at the square. Take the
uphill road next to the coffee shop and you'll find the villas 100m later.
