We booked 3 days in this hotel and we did not stay even one. We arrived at the hotel checked in and they gave us a room above the restaurant and the kitchen. When we entered the room the smell was very intense and bad. From the reception they told us that this was a spray that they use, non toxic, for covering other smells the room might had! The room did not had any privacy since you could go directly from your balcony to the caffeteria and the pool outside.. When we opened the balcony door in order for the smell to fade away and went outside to the balcony, something else also smelled and it was coming from the plastic carpet that was put besides our balcony and looked like grass. When we went to the reception and asked for another room in order not to completely ruin our vacations and loose the 130€per night thatwe had also prepaid, the answer of the reception was that we have two choises. Either to stay in that room, or GO! They told us that they were sorry but they were full and theycould not do anything better than that! Of course we choose to leave and not stay another instance in this horrible room! Our vacation was destroyed and no one even apologised when we left the hotel, two hours later.. This is no proffessionalism and when you give your money to four or five star hotels the least you expect is that they stand up to some basic expectations.
